Advance Shipping Note

Advance Shipping Note (ASN) is a notification of pending deliveries, basically it contains information of incoming product and its quantity.

Xtreme ASN is designed to capture any form of earlier information of deliveries to better prepare warehouse manager as well as expedite goods receiving process upon arrival of shipment.

As warehouse manager, it can be Packing List or Purchase Order to a supplier that yet to arrive a warehouse.

Receive

The Receive module is where Xtreme WMS facilitates a Goods Receiving process of warehouse. This is the process where inventory information (item code, batch number, expire date) and quantity has to be accurately captured. Upon posting of a Receive Document, the inventory item is considered officially in the warehouse.

This is also where business document such as Tally Form, Goods Received Note, Labels and similar documents can be printed.
